Oh, New Year's resolutions. How we all despise them!
I'd love to hear from any of you if you have kept them for longer than a week? If so, congratulations!
I got a pretty awesome new book for Christmas this year.
Everyday of the year there is a question and you fill in the answer that relates to that day.
Each page/question has spaces for the next 5 years. So, after 5 years it will be fun to look back and see what I was thinking each day. Love this idea!
Otherwise, I thought it would be fun to write a little list of resolutions, in case I was feeling ambitious.
So, here it is . . .
- drink less
- increase coffee consumption to 4 cups a day
- LOVE lots
- save more money
- watch less television
- go swimming and walking more
- clean out every closet in the apartment
- seriously, drink less
- eat out less = save money
- don't leave the house = save money
- save money = spend less on alcohol = stop drinking
- get skinny for bridesmaid dresses
- watch more "Ellen"
- listen to the Beatles more
- SMILE
- continue to party hard
- stop saying yes to "no pays" at work = actually make money
- ski more
- read a book a week
- fill in my Q&A book
- be HAPPY (okay, may have to still spend money, drink/eat and leave the house)
